1 Track Management was founded by Daniel J. Duffy, J.D. in 2008 to bring together several areas of expertise under one umbrella.
Incorporating senior level executives in banking, management, underwriting, and real estate, 1 Track management is positioned to provide superior service to new and existing companies.
With extensive experience working within governmental bureaucratic frameworks and within stringent regulatory guidelines, 1 Track Management has managed sensitive newsworthy projects requiring coordination with the community and media outlets.
1 Track Management has participated in underwriting, funding, site visits, and credit decisions on various credit review committees. In addition, 1 Track Management currently consults for several law firms, providing expert witness services, as well as preparation of forensic finance analysis for various civil and criminal cases.
1 Track Management has also managed corporate level employees in HR, legal, accounting and operations departments as well as mobilized large volunteer efforts for various charity and church endeavors.
