Dan’s diverse client base and 30 years experience in banking, management, underwriting and real estate brings a wide range of talents and opportunities to OneTrack Management. 

 

Dan has considerable senior-level experience in the management and development of new and/or growing organizations and national companies. As the former owner of a large escrow and title company Dan gained extensive experience working within governmental bureaucratic frameworks and within stringent regulatory guidelines. Dan also worked on commercial development projects requiring interaction with city governments, and state government agencies and has managed sensitive newsworthy projects requiring the coordination with media and messaging to the community and interested parties. 

 

Dan worked for a commercial lender for many years participating in underwriting, funding, site visits and credit decisions on the credit review committee. Dan currently consults for several law firms as an expert witness, as well as preparing forensic finance analysis for various civil and criminal cases. Dan has managed corporate level employees in HR, legal, accounting and operations departments as well as mobilized large volunteer efforts for various charity and church endeavors.

 

Dan completed his Juris Doctor Degree in 2021. 

 

Dan lived in Ukraine as a missionary, teaching English and providing support to local non-profit organizations.  Dan has traveled to India with his family multiple times to assist with the establishment of schools for the outcasts in rural villages.
